The Future Is In View

Vision 2030 is a coordinated group of volunteers leading long-term initiatives, defined by the citizens, to position Gainesville-Hall County as the most enviable community in Georgia by the year 2030. Acting as change agents, the group champions these initiatives and propels them forward through collaborative partnerships with government, education, business, and non-profits.

Each spring, the Vision 2030 Public Art Committee selects four pieces of art from The Quinlan Arts Center, Brenau University and Gainesville Kiwanis Youth Art Contest.  The committee then turns those four award-winning images into Free Range Art.

In light of the disruption of this year’s contest due to school closures, Vision 2030 Public Art has selected 10 featured youth created pieces this year!   The new 2020 Free Range Art will be available for viewing in “The Royal Space” open-air gallery between Hunt Tower and The Collegiate Grill on the Square in Downtown Gainesville.
