VISION 2030 grew out of a special leadership summit, in which more than 100 diverse community leaders learned about community visioning, heard from community visioning leaders, and voted overwhelmingly to begin a similar process for Gainesville-Hall County. The result was a comprehensive plan encompassing an action plan and 15 Big Ideas.
